I have not received the glasses that I ordered a month ago. Each time I call to inquire I am told something different, one excuse after the next... "they are in overseas production", "they are in transit", "we don't have tracking numbers" just to name a few. Refused to process a refund. Said they don't give refunds and they are sorry that I haven't received the glasses but I should be receiving them in another 7-10 days. It has already been a month. I do NOT recommend this company. *Of note, this is the first negative review that I have ever written.
I ordered glasses on May 12. And could not get any information from this company for nearly two weeks regarding the order. Then when they finally responded it was from an automated email address *@goggles4u.com, an attempt to make one believe a real person would be reading and responding...
But no. Some three days after my first attempt at contact I finally got an email stating I would get an email when the order shipped. Today, June 1, I find them finally telling me in the chat - not anywhere else mind you- that my order is with the USPS and ready to ship. Finally getting a tracking number. And when I went to USPS their statement is "you will be able to track this shipment when we receive it from the vender"... or words to that effect.
There is no Steve. There is nearly no communication from them unless you push for it. And they charge your card as soon as the order is placed. So here we are- three weeks tomorrow since they got my money and just finally getting a tracking number that I had to push to get from their service rep. I can only hope the glasses are what all the others are saying. But if you want a company that actually communicates with you, you have to look elsewhere.

Glasses sent, wrong prescription, offered an exchange, then charged me again, told me to just trash the original pair. Took much longer to receive than the other manufactures that I used in the past, I will not recommend or use their service again. Did not have any luck with the customer service, always felt that they just gave vague answers to try to appease me and left the impression that they did not understand my problem
I ordered my glasses on April 29th. Order shows complete but haven’t received my glasses yet. Customer service is very bad whenever I call they say will be shipped in 24 to 48hrs Since almost a month. 24 to 48hrs never came.
Goggles4u have been awesome, I had a bad Rx and ordered 4 pair of glasses, all with the incorrect Rx. Goggles4u have been generous by replacing all 4 pairs, free of charge… I am great full to them. I will recommend Goggles4u to everyone I know
Took longer to receive than i expected and frames were not as nice as i thought they were going to be. Other than that, the price for the glasses was great.
I order my glasses on the 11th last month. They showed "completed" 4 days later. As of today (6/14/21) I am still waiting for my glasses. I have contacted G4U twice via chat and keep getting the same response, which is "they are in transit from our over sea facility. Once they arrive here in California you will be given a USPS tracking number." I said thank you and asked "when will they arrive in California?" Derek's response was; "they are in transit from our over sea facility. Once they arrive here in California you will be given a USPS tracking number." It's been over a month and they still haven't arrived and they can't tell me anymore information than "they are in transit from our over sea facility. Once they arrive here in California you will be given a USPS tracking number." WOW!
l always buy from Goggles4u and was really happy with the purchase. But this time the glasses that came in is giving me headachel. My power hasn't changed but still issue is there.
I was offered a replacement on a different frame.
Update on my first review check the Better Business Site they have tons of complaints! SCAMMERS

Brilliant fit prescription sunglasses. Delivery within 3 weeks. Fantastic price too
I received my glasses and they were not the right prescription. Called and they said they would make another pair. They did give back my shipping fee. Every time I kept checking for order status, it kept saying in production. Now it says complete. Have not gotten the shipping tracking yet and its been 7 days. When asked about getting a pair for free because of their mistake. I got told they can't do that? Still waiting for my glasses.

I've paid full price by buying two pairs and offered nothing. I have junk I can't use. Just pay full price and don't "wish".
